Yoga for Peri to Post Menopause: 4 week course

In this four-week course, enjoy relaxing general yoga flow in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Each week will dive deep into potential problem areas associated with peri to post menopause. Sessions will also include breath work and tips to deal with hot flushes, restless legs and brain fog.
Week One: Heat and Calm with breath techniques.
Week Two: Neck, Shoulders and Wrists.
Week Three: Back, Core and Pelvic Floor.
Week Four: Hips and Legs.
